Our Pastor

Pastor Michel Youssif

Michel Youssif was born in Egypt in 1960 and is Protestant Christian.

After he had worked long years as a grammar school teacher (with the subjects German as Foreign Language and Christian Religion) in Cairo, God's call led him to Germany. He finished his training as a pastor in 1987 at the Johanneum in Wuppertal.

Since 2002 he is a pastor of the Landeskirchlichen Gemeinschaft Hannover. His focus is the work with migrants. He founded together with other Arabic speaking christians the Arabisch-deutsche evangelische Gemeinde, which is a branch of the Landeskirchliche Gemeinschaft Hannover.
